This policy applies to exclusively digital photos<\/strong> purchased through the TransaTravel.ro website. These are products intangible<\/strong>, delivered electronically, by download or delivery by email.<\/p>\n

2. No right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

In accordance with the legislation in force (O.U.G. 34\/2014, art. 16 lit. m), digital products delivered electronically which are not supplied on a tangible medium<\/strong> and whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent are exempted from the right of withdrawal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

By purchasing a photo from TransaTravel.co.uk and starting the download, expressly renounce the right of withdrawal<\/strong>and the amount paid is non-refundable.<\/p>\n
