General Information<\/h2>\n<p>All photos and videos available for sale on the TransaTravel.ro website are the original creation of <strong>Boc\u00eei Claudia - Rodica<\/strong>, the copyright holder. By purchasing a photo or video, you are not automatically transferring the copyright, only a <strong>limited licence<\/strong>, according to the terms below.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Type of Licence Granted<\/h2>\n<p>By buying a photo and video on TransaTravel.ro, the buyer gets a <strong>non-exclusive, non-transferable licence<\/strong>, valid <strong>of unlimited duration<\/strong>to use the image for permitted purposes.<\/p>\n<h3>The standard licence allows:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Using photography in digital or printed materials (websites, brochures, social media posts, educational projects);<\/li>\n<li>Use in commercial projects (including branding and promotion), <strong>no direct resale of the photograph<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Modification of the photo (cropping, colour adjustment), respecting the moral rights of the author.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Standard licence <strong>DO NOT allow<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reselling the photo or video (e.g. on stock sites, as a printed product - paintings, mugs, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Free or paid redistribution;<\/li>\n<li>Use in harmful, defamatory, libellous, illegal or discriminatory content;<\/li>\n<li>Representing the photograph or video as someone else's creation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For these cases a <strong>extended or exclusive licence<\/strong>, granted separately and in writing by the author.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Copyright<\/h2>\n<p>All copyrights and moral rights to the photos and videos remain with the author, even after the purchase of a licence. TransaTravel.ro (through Boc\u00eei Claudia - Rodica) may continue to sell the same photos or videos to other persons, unless granted <strong>exclusive licence<\/strong> by individual contract.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Method of Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>After confirmation of payment, the photo will be delivered in digital format at the resolution specified in the product description. TransaTravel.ro does not offer refunds for downloaded photos, except in legally justified cases (technical error, wrong delivery, etc.).<\/p>\n<h2>5. Breach of Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Any use that violates these terms may result in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licence withdrawn without notice;<\/li>\n<li>Cla for damages;<\/li>\n<li>Legal action under Copyright Law 8\/1996 and applicable European legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6.
