Terms and conditions of use of the TransaTravel.Ro site

These general conditions of use apply to all relationships between TransaTravel.Ro and its users.

The terms “Platform” and “Site” represent the TransaTravel.Ro site and its administrators.

1. Acceptance of the conditions

2.2. TransaTravel.ro is an online platform for promotion, news, information and socialization that has the Oltenia area of ​​interest under the mountain. It contains up-to-date information on localities in this area as well as online news with information and analysis of the newsroom, a press review and other information taken from third parties. The platform also contains sales and service announcements, promotional offers of different commercial agents in the area such as: accommodation offers, premises, restaurants, clubs, shops, etc.

3. Conditions for accepting and allocating the advertising space

3.1. Certain parts of the content published on TransaTravel.Ro may be provided by third parties with whom TransaTravel.Ro has contractual relations in this regard. Also, inside TransaTravel.Ro content can be included advertising sections that will display advertising messages of third parties. TransaTravel.Ro is in no way responsible for the content provided by third parties, whether it is advertising or not. Also, TransaTravel.Ro is not responsible for the content of the external pages referred to within it.

3.2. TransaTravel.Ro only offers users (hotel companies, restaurants, premises, etc.) an advertising space managed by them through an administration account (user + password). The promotional information displayed on TransaTravel.Ro is entered by the owners or their administrators, so TransaTravel.Ro cannot guarantee and cannot be held responsible for the content posted on the site by them. The user making the registration is responsible for the information displayed on TransaTravel.Ro, for any violations of the laws governing the activity in tourism but not only, the copyright of a third person, unfair competition or false advertising. Any complaint or referral regarding a user’s announcement will be addressed directly to the user and any dispute will be resolved between the two parties.

3.3. The orders and requests for advertising space are addressed in writing (email) or telephone only and exclusively to the owner of the site TransaTravel.Ro, Bocîi Claudia – Rodica Authorized Individual. It is strongly recommended that, before operating any financial transaction, the following:

a. providing the necessary information regarding the purpose, content and ownership right on the material intended for the requested commercial space, including the necessary details regarding the destination of the requested advertising advertisement;

b. the material intended for the advertising space (text, graphics or a combination thereof) must fulfill the conditions of the promotional offers that can be found in the section Promotional offers, and these will be located exclusively on the server of the TransaTravel.Ro pages;
c. no material or references to destinations / sources that contravene the legislation and the national and international legal norms in force, the norms of moral conduct that contravene the interests of TransaTravel.Ro are not admitted in any form;

d. granting the requested advertising space is made in at least seven working days from the date of receipt of the tariff counter value for the requested services and with confirmation from the owner of the TransaTravel.Ro site, Bocîi Claudia – Rodica Authorized Individual, of the date from which it is will consider a calendar year for the allocation of the requested commercial space;

e. if the requested commercial space loses its purpose by ceasing any activity at the destination or the present or initial conditions are no longer met, TransaTravel.Ro reserves all rights to cease the offer of any requested service without the obligation to notify the applicant or to refund it any material or financial effect even before the end of the one year calendar term;

f. The conditions and terms of offer of the services for the allocation of the commercial space in the TransaTravel.Ro pages are not limited to the present specifications, which is why the applicants are strongly recommended to consult with the owner of the TransaTravel.Ro Bocîi Claudia – Rodica website. Authorized Natural Person in any problem related to these services and to request any clarification before making any financial transaction;

g. TransaTravel.Ro reserves the right to modify at any time and in any case, without assuming the obligation to notify any other interested party in the present conditions and terms regarding the offer of the services mentioned above.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The content and design of TransaTravel.Ro, including its look & feel and the databases accessible through it, are the property of TransaTravel.Ro and are protected by current Romanian copyright and related rights.

The texts posted by users to articles by “Add comment” become the property of TransaTravel.Ro from the moment of posting. In the case of information and content posted by registered users or third parties or partners on the TransaTravel.Ro site, the copyright and responsibility thereon are wholly owned by those who have published that information.

Downloading the texts from the site is done only with the consent of TransaTravel.Ro or with the consent of the author of the text and only with the mention of the author and / or the source (TransaTravel.Ro) next to the image or text taken. In the case of the content taken from us by partners based on the agreements concluded, they are identified by mentioning the name of the partner next to the text or image.

4.2. Certain sections of the online promotion platform (Accommodation, Leisure, Recreation, Useful) may contain information made available by TransaTravel.Ro users through a free, non-exclusive and unlimited license in time and space. 4.3. Except for the specific content presented in point 4.2, where the terms of the licenses apply, you can use the content of TransaTravel.Ro only for your personal information, and the actions described below are not allowed unless prior written permission has been obtained from TransaTravel. Also the user must understand that he cannot publish, transmit or refer to TransaTravel.Ro users or members any kind of unsolicited commercial message, messages with confidential information, messages containing viruses or any other code sequences that prove to be destructive or that may interrupt, eliminate or limit the functionality of TransaTravel.Ro, “pyramid game” type messages or any other activity intended to deceive the trust of other persons as well as any messages containing illegal, immoral, insulting, threatening, abusive, indecent, which in any way violates the intellectual property rights or other rights that a third party may have.

9. Modification of these Terms and Conditions

TransaTravel.Ro reserves the right to change these terms, modifying the version and the date of adoption of the new regulation without completing other formalities. When these terms change, TransaTravel.Ro will be able to notify you by email or message in your TransaTravel.Ro user account and by posting on the first page of the site, a link that links to the new form of this document. Access to the site, your user account, and the use of our services after the time of notification or posting of the link to changes to the first page of the site implies that you have agreed to the new terms.

10. The governing law

The rights and obligations of the parties, imposed by these terms and conditions, as well as all the legal effects produced by this agreement will be interpreted and governed by the Romanian law in force. Any dispute that has the object of this agreement will be brought for settlement before an arbitrator, and in the conditions in which the parties do not agree on the appointment to an arbitrator within 15 days from the notification of the dispute, the competence will be returned to the Romanian courts from the TransaTravel.Ro headquarters.
