Photo and Video License Terms - TransaTravel.ro

1. General Information

All photos and videos available for sale on the TransaTravel.ro website are the original creation of Bocîi Claudia - Rodica, the copyright holder. By purchasing a photo or video, you do not automatically transfer the copyright, only a limited license of use, according to the terms below.

2. Type of License Granted

By buying a photo and video on TransaTravel.ro, the buyer gets a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, valid for an unlimited period, to use the image for permitted purposes.

The standard license allows:

  • Use photography in digital or printed materials (websites, brochures, social media posts, educational projects);
  • Use in commercial projects (including branding and promotion), no direct resale of the photograph;
  • Modification of the photo (cropping, color adjustment), respecting the moral rights of the author.

Standard license DO NOT allow:

  • Resale of the photo or video (e.g. on stock sites, as a printed product - paintings, mugs, etc.);
  • Free or paid redistribution;
  • Use in harmful, defamatory, illegal or discriminatory content;
  • Representing the photo or video as someone else's creation.

For these cases a extended or exclusive license, granted separately and in writing by the author.

3. Copyright

All copyrights and moral rights to the photos and videos remain with the author, even after the purchase of a license. TransaTravel.ro (through Bocîi Claudia - Rodica) may continue to sell the same photos or videos to other persons, unless granted exclusive license by individual contract.

4. Method of Delivery

After confirmation of payment, the photo will be delivered in digital format at the resolution specified in the product description. TransaTravel.ro does not offer refunds for downloaded photos, except in legally justified cases (technical error, wrong delivery etc.).

5. Breach of Terms

Any use that violates these terms may result in:

  • License withdrawal without notice;
  • Claim for damages;
  • Legal action under Copyright Law 8/1996 and applicable European legislation.
