Royalty-Free License Terms of Use for Stock Videos and Photos on TransaTravel.ro

  1. Grant of License: TransaTravel.ro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the stock videos and photos (“Content”) for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional, and editorial use.

  2. Permitted Uses: You may use the Content in an unlimited number of projects, including but not limited to websites, social media, digital advertisements, print materials, and broadcast productions. You may modify, crop, resize, and edit the Content to suit your creative needs.

  3. Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Content in a manner that is defamatory, offensive, pornographic, illegal, or infringes upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or redistribute the Content as a standalone product or as part of any other stock media collection.

  4.
