Refund Policy - TransaTravel.ro
1. Products concerned
This policy applies to exclusively digital photos purchased through the TransaTravel.ro website. These are products intangible, delivered electronically, by download or delivery by email.
2. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force (O.U.G. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. m), digital products delivered electronically which are not supplied on a tangible medium and whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent are exempted from the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing a photo from TransaTravel.co.uk and starting the download, expressly renounce the right of withdrawaland the amount paid is non-refundable.
3. Exceptions - where a refund is offered
Reimbursement may be accepted in the following situations:

Wrong photoYou have received a file other than the one you ordered.

Faulty file: the photo cannot be opened or is corrupted, and resending does not fix the problem.

Double paymentThe same photo was accidentally purchased and paid for twice.
In either case, please contact us no later than 7 calendar days of purchase to the email address: contact@transatravel.ro, with order details and proof of error.
4. The settlement process
Once we receive your request for reimbursement, we will analyse your request within maximum 5 working days. If the request is approved, the amount will be returned by the original payment method within 7-14 days.
