Playground: An area dedicated to the little ones, equipped with a slide, doll's house, swings, trampoline and hammocks.

Q Are private parties or events allowed at Lark Nest?

To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests and neighbours, noisy parties and bringing your own speakers are strictly prohibited; only the use of the gazebo’s sound system is permitted, within reasonable limits, on pain of immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Q What are the rules for using the gazebo and the cooking area?

The space is intended solely for preparing quick snacks, not for extensive cooking as you would at home; it is essential to wash crockery and utensils immediately after use, to clean worktops and tables, and to store food only in the fridges.

Q Can I bring my own electrical appliances or other cooking equipment?

It is strictly forbidden to bring any personal cooking, heating or food-preparation appliances (whether gas or electric) into the complex, as well as any other high-energy-consumption appliances.

Q Can I have visitors who are not staying at the complex?

Visitors who do not have a valid booking at our resort are strictly prohibited from entering.

Q Are pets allowed?

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted under any circumstances either inside the complex or on the premises.

Q What happens if property within the complex is damaged?

Any destruction or damage to furniture, beds, fixtures or equipment automatically entails the guest’s obligation to pay the full cost of the item and the labour involved in replacing it.

Q What is the timetable for music and break times?

Music in the gazebo may only be played at a background volume between 08:00 and 22:00; guests must observe the quiet hours and ensure complete silence after 23:00.

Q What happens if something breaks or gets damaged?

Any destruction or damage to furniture, beds, fixtures or equipment automatically entails the guest’s obligation to pay the full cost of the item and the labour involved in replacing it.

Q What are the safety rules for using the swimming pool?

Children are only permitted in the swimming pool under the strict supervision of their parents; eating or drinking in the water is prohibited, as is the use of glass containers throughout the pool area, in order to prevent accidents.

Q How and where can the barbecue be used?

The barbecue may only be used free of charge in the specially designated area in the gazebo; it is strictly forbidden to light any other open fires on the lawn or to leave burning coals unattended.

Q Who is responsible for the children in the playground and the relaxation area?

All play equipment (trampoline, slide, swings, hammocks) must be used for its intended purpose; full responsibility for the children’s safety and supervision lies solely with their parents.

Q Is it possible to eat or cook inside the cottages?

To prevent unpleasant odours and damage to the furniture, hot food may only be prepared and eaten in the gazebo; the mini-fridge in the cabins is intended solely for snacks and drinks.

Q How can I arrange a professional photo shoot during my stay?

Photo sessions and the creation of personalised pictures or magnets are services provided for a fee and require an appointment to be made in advance or immediately after the booking has been confirmed; the timing of these will be agreed upon by mutual consent, depending on the host’s availability and the weather conditions.

We had a wonderful experience at Lark Nest. The location of the cottage provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were always available to help us with anything we needed. We highly recommend Lark Nest!❤️❤️
